We recommend creating a single PDF file of all your documents.
We will send you an E-mail confirmation once we have received your application.
If you have not received a confirmation E-mail, it may have ended up in your junk folder.
4. Selection process
We take some time to review each application carefully. You will typically receive an initial response two weeks after the application deadline. We select up to five applicants for the first interview and put another five on the "waiting list". We reject all other candidates straight away at this stage. A maximum of three applicants are then invited to the second interview. The remaining candidates (including those on the "waiting list") only receive a written rejection letter after a candidate has accepted the job.

The application process varies depending on your professional profile, but it takes us around two months to find the right employee for the job. Our human resources department carefully examines your application upon receipt. If your profile convinces us and offers a suitable perspective in the company, we will contact you within 14 days of the application deadline and invite you to get to know your future manager personally within one month. If you have impressed us, we will invite you to another interview within a further 14 days. If all discussions are successful, we will send you a contract offer within a further 14 days. If we don't see any opportunities in an unsolicited application for your profile, we will usually notify you within one month. You can also contact us by telephone from 8:30-12:00 and 13:00-16:30 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org All e-mail enquiries will be answered within three working days.
Of course you are welcome to resubmit your application after a rejection. Perhaps the new position suits better to you or you have developed further? We will review and evaluate your documents for each new position and the application process will start again.
