Operations & Logistics

Operations & Logistics includes many different job profiles, such as: Chemical technicians, chemical workers, warehouse logistics specialists, mechanics, mechatronics engineers, electricians and engineers. Teamwork in production allows us to constantly improve our processes at a very high level of quality. Our focus is on process technology and process optimization. We supply our customers with short lead times, so we also have to develop our logistics to the next level and to a high standard.

Research & Development

Employees in this department mainly have experience in chemicals for construction. We concentrate primarily on developing primers, adhesives, sealants, fillers, leveling compounds, adhesive mortars, screed and grout mortars based on various combinations of organic and mineral raw materials. Mechanical engineers, designers and technical drafters also work on improving the machinery and tools for our Wolff brand in Vaihingen.

Sales & Application Engineering

Our application engineering and product management section mainly includes colleagues with trade experience of floor laying. They help our customers with technical issues and support new developments through to when they are ready for the market.

The strength of our sales network is unique in the industry in Germany. We supply large traders and wholesalers. The majority of our colleagues are trained floor layers and can therefore provide our customers with the best possible technical advice and support. Personal contact and trust between our sales department and customers are the basis of our mutual success.

Exchange Programs
