Conversion of Uzin Utz AG into an SE (Societas Europaea)

At the Extraordinary General Meeting in September 2022, the shareholders of Uzin Utz AG approved by a large majority the proposal of the Supervisory Board and the Executive Board to convert the company into a European Company (Societas Europaea - SE), i.e. into a stock corporation under EU law. With the entry in the Commercial Register on 15.11.2022, Uzin Utz AG was converted into the new legal form and from now on operates under the name of Uzin Utz SE.
