Our six brands offer products of consistently high quality and superior technical performance, backed by extensive expertise in the installation, renovation, and maintenance of all types of flooring. Furthermore, our products meet stringent requirements for occupational health and safety for installers as well as for the healthy living environment of end-users. By combining sustainability with product innovation, we can conserve natural resources and further develop our product portfolio across all brands. Our products are thus a key driver in achieving environmental sustainability goals.
The expertise of the six brands - UZIN, WOLFF, PALLMANN, Arturo, codex, and Pajarito - is brought together under the umbrella brand UZIN UTZ in the joint campaign “The Art of Floor Systems.” Since 2022, the brand identity has been visualized through a corporate design that clearly conveys the unity of the brand family while simultaneously giving all brands a distinct visual identity with a modernized logo and so-called abstracts. Just as unique as each brand’s wealth of experience is its individual form. This is reflected in the distinctive design and color of all packaging as well as in media appearances. Together, these forms create the campaign visual “The Art of Floor Systems.” Together, the brands form the foundation for professional, down-to-earth craftsmanship and offer high-quality system solutions for all aspects of flooring.
Thanks to our innovative strength, we are able to launch products that meet the highest technical requirements while simultaneously taking into account the health and well-being of users and environmental concerns. We proactively address future market demands and customer needs. This leads to the development of products that not only meet the highest quality standards but also fulfill strict requirements for occupational health and safety as well as healthy living. Our products are also a key element in achieving ecological sustainability goals. We place great value on product innovation and actively promote the continuous development of our diverse brand portfolio. The Pallmann Magic Oil Change, a natural parquet oil made from regional raw materials, the new binder technology in Uzin FusionTec levelling compounds and thin screeds, the codex X-Terra products and the Wolff KRL-Box for moisture measurement are just a few highlights of our diverse brands.
A key focus of our digitalization efforts is on supporting our customers with questions about our products and providing practical assistance on construction sites. We develop customer-centric digital solutions and services that offer concrete help to dealers and tradespeople in their daily work. In 2025, the UZIN UTZ U-Club app was launched: This digital rewards program is specifically designed for tradespeople and, for the first time, offers a cross-brand rewards app. In recent years, Uzin Utz has consistently driven forward internal digitalization, improving control, data management, and collaboration in particular. Sustainability and risk data are now collected, consolidated, and verified using a dual-control principle across the Group via IT-supported systems, which significantly increases transparency and data quality. Internal collaboration has been strengthened through digital formats such as virtual executive meetings, global employee surveys, and the intranet. In addition, e-learning offerings and digital platforms for training, information, and knowledge transfer have been expanded to reach employees worldwide.
Sustainable construction means planning, building, and using buildings in such a way that they are as environmentally friendly, economical, and socially responsible as possible throughout their entire life cycle. Building certification systems such as DGNB, LEED, or BREEAM play a central role in this. They define clear criteria and rating systems that make a building’s sustainability performance measurable and comparable. Detailed and reliable product information is essential for successful certification. As a company, we support planners, architects, and contractors in reliably meeting these requirements. Our customized product information provides the necessary documentation for sustainable construction - from sustainability data sheets and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) to VOC emission labels for verified indoor air quality. These documents allow for the transparent tracking of environmentally relevant metrics, emissions, and other sustainability aspects of our products and enable their direct integration into certification processes.
To increase our product transparency and give users immediate insight into the sustainability performance of our products, we introduced the cross-brand sustainability label ECO₂ CHOICE in 2023. With our ECO₂ CHOICE label, we focus on reducing CO₂ emissions at the product level, which is achieved, among other things, through the use of renewable or biomass-based raw materials. The featured products continue to impress with their usual high quality. The carbon footprint is calculated on a product-specific basis using established life cycle assessment software. Transparency is ensured by the product landing pages, which display the savings figures as well as comparable products.
