We are looking for people who like to contribute and shape ideas, who identify with our values and are passionate about our products, customers, and markets. Your goal-oriented thinking and appreciative actions help you become part of a motivated team and thus create a value-adding working environment.
The application process varies depending on the job profile but usually lasts until we find the right employee for the position, generally about two months. Our HR department carefully reviews your application upon receipt. If your profile convinces us and offers a suitable perspective within the company, we contact you within 14 days of the application deadline and invite you to a personal meeting with the future executive within a month. If our expectations align, we invite you to a second interview within 14 days. If both interviews are successful, we send you a contract offer within another 14 days. If we see no potential for deployment in a speculative application, we typically notify you within a month. Alternatively, you can also contact us by phone between 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 4:30 PM, or by email at karriere@uzin-utz.com. All email inquiries are answered within three business days.t.
Of course, you can reapply for another position after a rejection. Maybe it fits your profile better. We review and assess your documents anew for each position, and the application process starts again.
