The application process varies depending on the job profile but usually lasts until we find the right employee for the position, generally about two months. Our HR department carefully reviews your application upon receipt. If your profile convinces us and offers a suitable perspective within the company, we contact you within 14 days of the application deadline and invite you to a personal meeting with the future executive within a month. If our expectations align, we invite you to a second interview within 14 days. If both interviews are successful, we send you a contract offer within another 14 days. If we see no potential for deployment in a speculative application, we typically notify you within a month.
