Annual General Meeting 2021
The Annual General Meeting this year will again be held in accordance with the options provided by law in Art. 2 of the German Act to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID 19 Pandemic in Civil, Insolvency and Criminal Procedure Law of 27 March 2020, as amended by Art. 11 of the German Act on the Further Shortening of the Residual Debt Relief Procedure and the Adjustment of Pandemic-Related Provisions in Company, Cooperative, Transport and Foundation Law and in Tenancy and Lease Law of 22 December 2020 ("Covid-19 Act") as a virtual general meeting without the physical presence of the shareholders.
86.193 percent of the voting share capital was represented.
The Annual General Meeting of Uzin Utz SE has resolved to distribute a dividend of EUR 1.55 per share for the 2020 financial year. Of the balance sheet profit of EUR 55,290,078.80, EUR 7,818,694.45 will thus be distributed.

At the time of convening the Annual General Meeting 2021, a total of 5,044,319 ordinary non-par bearer shares of Uzin Utz SE have been issued (each share represents a proportionate amount of the share capital of EUR 3.00). The company currently holds no treasury shares.
Of the issued shares, 5,044,319 shares are thus entitled to participate and vote for this Annual General Meeting; each share grants one vote.
