The 2021 remuneration system for the members of the Executive Board of Uzin Utz SE was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2021 with a majority of 92.67%. It applies to all employment contracts concluded after the resolution on the remuneration system.
The 2021 remuneration system for the members of the Supervisory Board of Uzin Utz SE was approved by the Annual General Meeting on May 26, 2021 with a majority of 99.94%. It applies from the 2021 financial year.

The Annual General Meeting on 13 May 2025 will vote on the new remuneration system 2025 for the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board.
