Annual press conference: 01st April 2025

Quarterly financial report 1st quarter: 13th May 2025

Annual General Meeting: 13th May 2025

Dividend payment: 16th May 2025*

Half-yearly financial report: 14th August 2025

Quarterly financial report 3rd quarter: 14th November 2025

*Because of a change to the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) the dividend payment have beeon reorganzied in 2017. According to Section 58 Para. 4 AktG is the claim for dividend payment not any more due on the first day after the general annual meeting. The dividend has to be paid on the third day after the general annual meeting decision working day.
