Unihem Group and changed the name in January 2018 to Uzin Utz Hrvatska d.o.o..The main target of this business plan is to reach profitability by focusing on the most potential brands and customers in Hrvatska by implementing the new strategy, marketing and professional operative approach and combining core competences of technical support and production in business unit SEE. M.T.S (Marketing – Technology – Sales) is an internal decision making body in the SEE region which combines competencies of three separate fields of expertise. The aim is to collect important information and feedback within the region, identify, prepare and implement necessary and useful processes as support for daily work and increase efficiency of the local organizations in each country. Trough new central planning and organization, done in close cooperation with brands, we are able to save resources and increase level of activities in the marketing, technical support and sales.
As far as the brands are concerned, we will focus on UZIN and Unipox. PALLMANN, WOLFF and codex are beside other brands as cross brand sale. Considering difficult situation across the region, our target is to implement payment policy methods to minimize risks related to payment collection. By communicating complete systems solutions across all the markets, the goal is to improve the result and increase sales margin.Additional focus in all subsidiaries is to increase efficiency at all fields of their operation, e.g. stock management, office operation, production, etc. By implementing cost-effective methods in daily operation, subsidiaries will achieve better business results.
