UZIN UTZ performs well in the third quarter and exceeds previous year's sales and earnings
The construction chemicals group from Ulm continued its positive sales and earnings development in the third quarter. The sales of the UZIN UTZ Group increased to EUR 286.5 million as of September 30, 2020, up 1.5% on the previous year (EUR 282.1 million). At EUR 26.1 million, the result from ordinary activities exceeded the previous year's figure of EUR 24.8 million.
UZIN UTZ publishes half-year figures
The leading manufacturer of floor laying systems remains stable in the first half of 2020 despite the considerable impact of the corona pandemic: Compared to the previous year, sales increased by 0.3% to 186.9 million EUR (half-year 2019: 186.3 million EUR). The EBIT of the first six months remains at last year's level despite the impact of the Corona crisis (half-year 2019: 15.4 million EUR). The main reason for the good result is the core business in Europe.
